It seems headlight aim is no longer part of vehicle prep.
I got a new big rig and the (effin LED) headlights were aimed too high. I adjusted them myself because last time I wrote up headlight aim issues the garage aimed them too low.
The same big rig had a new headlight assembly put in and the shop didn't adjust it.
I got my 4runner last year (used) from a Toyota dealership and the headlights were aimed too high. Once I lowered them I could see the road. High beam shined over our house.
