Mine was delivered and installed today. Install wasn't bad aside from the stock bolts with the springs don't feel like they get tight enough but they are torqued all the way down and its not leaking from that spot. I also had a leak on the initial install with the first clamp on the front of the exhaust. After adjusting the clamp again it seems fine without leaks. First start up smells terrible like something is on fire for a while just a heads up lol.
Drove around quite a bit and I can say it is much better than the pro exhaust. The pro would drone me out around 50mph cruising and was almost unbearable going up a hill. The magnaflow while still loud is a much more pleasant note on the ears at those speed.

Can anyone provide some MPG updates? I am trying to find any and all ways to increase the MPGs after adding the weight and bigger tires.
I am kinda bummed to hear there is no real performance gain.

Prepare to be bummed a second time...
Just as an FYI there are no magic cures that have ever been found to increase MPG on our heavy rigs, anything interesting you do to your rig comes at a cost of less MPG, tire's, armor, rack etc... getting it back is a fool's errand, unless you want to go back to stock.
No one has had this on their rig long enough to have any evidence other than anecdotal...

Got it installed tonight. Took me a tad over two hours. Only had a crescent wrench and a tiny socket wrench to work with and the three bolts on the rear flange were a pain to get off. Also, needed to drop the spare tire a bit to fish the tail pipe out as well. Second hardest part was getting the tail pipe on and attaching it to the rear rubber hangar. It was a tight fit and not much space to work with. Other than that...it was pretty straight forward. I’ve only driven it for maybe twenty minutes with the resonator and j pipe off(loudest config). Drones a bit more than trd exhaust but not horrible. Pretty loud but not obnoxious. I did accidentally set someone’s car alarm off leaving my friends house. I’ll probably leave the resonator off for a week and put it on, but it’s literally a one minute job to swap between the loudest setting to the quietest.

Any chance of a video of sounds comparisons between settings?

I’ll try to get a video when I put the res on. I’m going to drive around at the loudest setting for a week or two. Definitely drones but it isn’t horrendous.

Tried to record before and after audio but cell phones are terrible because they pick up wind and road noise. No sound clips for that reason.
Got my magnaflow installed Tuesday and have to admit the sound when throttle open was loud, even on quietest configuration according to Magnaflow... Open throttle was much louder than stock TRD Pro kinda hurting my ears. However, a plus was the droning I despised while cruising on highway was noticeably quieter and a lower note than the stock TRD Pro exhaust. Not significantly quieter though. So yesterday felt like I traded one evil for another... Debated if i would put the stock TRD Pro exhaust back on.
As of today, the exhaust seems to have gotten quieter than yesterday with about 200 miles on it. Driving on highway between 40mph to 85mph felt noticeablyquieter than the TRD Pro exhaust. Drone there but very faint and deeper tone. Open throttle when merging on freeway still loud but not as bad as day one, didnt hurt my ears as before (maybe after day one I became deaf and think it's quiet now? j/k ).
From past experience with aftermarket exhaust installs and from my most recent memory of driving my new 2020 TRD Pro home(praying the exhaust wouldnt drone anymore once broken in), new exhaust systems can be pretty was loud. Once I break in 1000 miles, will report back my final verdict.
Either way, today's result was promising, I certainly thought I was out almost $700 on this setup yesterday... Wanting a more comfortable cabin with less exhaust noise, but now am much more optimistic. Worst case I will try to swap the stock non-TRD Pro exhaust in if i dont get what I want, but I sense it won't come to that. FWIW, I am totally loving the high clearance short tail pipe. Looks way better.

well the weather and work finally aligned and I got my exhaust installed about an hour ago. Took it for a quick test drive to the store, I REALLY hope this thing mellows out like people are saying, because 1st impressions even on quietest configuration... wow this is loud and doesn't sound the greatest. I'm going to keep an open mind and break it in before I make a real opinion of it. I am planning on adding the URD Y-Pipe to the setup and I'm really nervous it's going to be stupid loud. I guess we shall see. I will start clocking my MPGs tomorrow and let everyone know if there is any difference. Got my fingers crossed.

Did you try Hottexhaust.com? that's where most of us ordered from.

So the exhaust has definitely calmed down since installation. my last tank of gas prior to install with just the S&B CAI calculated out to 17.021 MPG, My first tank with the new exhaust (quietest configuration) and S&B CAI calculated out to 19.5691 MPG. This was a mixture of city and highway, but almost the same exact driving conditions, the temp has been up and down here. When it snowed here I got 13ish MPG, that was a lot of stop and go and idling though. I'll post updates on the next couple tanks. I will hopefully be ordering the URD Y-Pipe soon, and installing that as well.

My MPG went up.... I dont understand why but it is consistently getting me 15.5-16.5 mpg on my work route. Previously was getting 14.7-15.7 mpg. Cant complain.
Also, the noise is loud still when i accelerate to get on freeway with an open throttle. Cruising seems quieter as i can hear my music going 75/80 mph at around volume level 10/13 (18 if classical music). I'm 85% content now so will be keeping it. Not expecting it not quiet down much more with almost 1000 mi coming up. Louder than TRD when throttle is a bit open.
If anything changes will let y'all know. FWIW, I have a TRD Pro exhaust available on the bay area for free if anyone wants to pick it up.
