I used the WeatherTech Trim-to-Fit rubber cargo liner. It is rubber, not hard plastic and you can trim it to your preference. I had this in my '10 TE with the sliding tray and now I put one in my '20 ORP with sliding tray. Doesn't slide at all, even when the Yeti and tool boxes try to move around. It's also cheap in comparison to the OEM versions. I sold my OEM to pay for the WeatherTech.
