need some help with decisions
So I have 1800 to spend on the 4 runner. What should I look at? I have a 3 inch lift, rear dif breather kit, LFD rear bumper. I am thinking sliders from RSG and tires, I have a off road Prem so I like the wheels and don't see a reason to change them. Does this sound good or am I missing something.

Those parts seem like a good progression.

yeah, you need armor so I'd go for skids and sliders. Skids aren't one of those neat things you get to look at, but they were the first thing I bought.

So tires and skids? Tires are close to a grand and sliders are 600-700 and who knows how much skids are? But tires are a must since it will be lifted and look funny with stock tires n it.

I would do tires, skids then sliders but that's just me. I like RCI and you can obviously mix and match, building up over time if you need to. I ended up with engine through transfer case. I have the tank skid sitting in the garage until the fuel pump recall is done.

Or look into GM stock, they just synched up with Microsoft.
Back to topic. I'd pick tires over skids...
Do you have a fridge? thats another choice.

Quality tires first. I’m assuming 285/70/17’s?
See what you got left over, then go from there.
Tires make a huge difference in the appearance and performance department.

These are next on my list, but for OP I would go tires, skid plates then sliders, in that order.

Yes, after I reread the OP’s post and read that he has a 3” kit without tires.

Looking at your build, I'd go with the following:
1. Tires
2. Skids
3. Sliders
4. Winch / bumper
