I'd love to replace my transfer case knob. Just don't like the feel of that little round one. Your design looks great, but personally I would prefer the shift pattern in white (with a slight emboss) and no TRD logo.

I'd be down for a set, would look right in place w/ the black/carbon trim on the console and red accents on the seats.
My one gripe w/ the current manual transfer case knob is that when fully tightened, the shift pattern is quite askew; I need to back the knob off a bit to line up North-South with the console. Something to consider with the threaded sleeve in your transfer case knob design.
Great job, sub'ed

Cool design. 7075 seems like unneeded cost, but go for it. Having some machine tool experience some of those inside corners look pretty hard to cut...

Same here. No TRD logo, TC shift pattern in white or light gray, with 2H, 4H, and 4L. I'd be down for a set.

- 7075-T6 Billet Aluminum
- Anodize Type II - Black (or not, IDK what y'all want)
- Red TRD inlay
Cost is going to be $100 for the gear shifter, and $50 for the transfer case shifter, and that's if enough people buy it
I'm currently 3D printing some test parts, and I'll let you know about changes. but look at the pictures, and let me know your thoughts!

I would be in for a transfer case knob.

Yeah, me trying to estimate a cut time on this and come anywhere close to his price point is proving difficult lol.

I'd take the TRD over the OBP inlay.
Not like Toyota would ever know I had one, or would they?.
Or, if you snuck in a tiny "u" for TuRD, then under a magnifying glass...

Honestly, I would too.
I just don't want to turn what was 3 weeks ago a side project into a lawasuit xD

If no TRD branding then I'd prefer it blank, no inlay.

For those people either in a climate that gets really cold or really hot.. a different material would be nice. Ive had aluminum shifters in the past and during the winter you almost have to have a glove on, or leave a glove on the shifter. Likewise in the heat you can burn your hands on them.
