My 2018 ORP still fits with a 3"/2" lift, 285 Falkens, LFD 7/8 rack with 5" long bolts mounting my traction pads. I took my Plano case off before I did the lift and tires and I think I would fit with it on.

Oh, and I live in SoCal w/6'10" from floor to garage door clearance. I do come in at an angle which i believe helps. With that said, I will not park in a commercial parking garage. Those things are scary and I know I will hit, especially with items on the roof rack.

I bought a house to fit my toys. Inside the garage I have a 10' ceiling and about 5-7' of space in front or in rear to the walls depending on where the vehicle is pulled in to. However, I do slightly rub the door frame with my crawler when pulling in and out and the 4Runner has maybe 2" to spare on each side of the door frames. Plenty of room to work on the trucks even with everything inside. I use a heater during the winter when I'm in there. Will be insulating it at some point.

I have a 2018 4Runner and I've had to deal with garage clearances before. I installed a lifted rack on top and it barely cleared the height of my garage door. It can be a hassle to constantly search for outdoor parking, especially if it's your main vehicle. What I ended up doing was removing the rack altogether, but I understand that might not be the best option for everyone. One thing that helped me was checking the clearance height of parking garages before entering them. I know it sounds like a hassle, but it's better than risking damage to your vehicle. Oh, and by the way, have you heard of Grease Monkey Direct? They have plenty of tools and products that can help with DIY car modifications. I've found some great deals on their website for things like lifts and racks. Maybe it could be a helpful resource for you too.

Took off the pro roof rack

Had to remove the pro roof rack. Been desperately trying to get rid of it ever since.
