Sorry, I'm not the OP. I have the Bluetti 150 and I was gonna see if my work around with the inverter I got off Amazon would help the OP as we both have the same issue it sounds like.
I'm not able to charge mine directly from a 12v outlet unless with an inverter stated on the shopsolarkits website. It didn't even come with a 12v charger to begin with and something in the internals doesn't allow it to.

It is odd though for the OPs jackery. I remember reading or hearing it was able to be used and remain charging at the same time when I was shopping around for one if I can remember.
