There are many OEM spare wheels/tires on Ebay. Check there. The spare tire on the 4Runner is the same as the running wheels/tires.

Find a pick n pull around your area and pull it off a junked 4Runner. Might have a good chance finding one there.

All 4Runners for the last few years, even 2WD, come from the factory with a full size spare identical to the running wheels/tires. I don't know about early 4Runners.

Identical size steel wheel came on my SR5. Maybe higher trim levels come with a matching spare, I don't know.

Its craigslist, so not fact checked, but you can see in the picture that it's p265, not 65; i.e. doofus putting a craigslisting. It's a factory take off. Identical to the OEM size on the vehicle. Just on a steel rim. Not saying they don't exist, but I personally haven't seen a space-saver spare on the 4runner/tacoma

Yep, the spare wheel is a steelie (looks a lot like the old FJ steel wheels) on my SR5P.

I've had the best luck with facebook groups and calling local shops that have extra parts lying around.
