Alright. Got it all figured out.

1) Brake lines had air in them. Took it to the same shop that did the rear extended lines and he said maybe he didn't bleed them. So he flushed out the entire system for me for free in case it was his screw-up.

2) Brakes just weren't completely finished getting bedded in. He said I needed probably another 20 miles.

Drove it away, the pedal was much better, though still slightly slow when stopping. Drove it all over and did more of the harder braking from 60 and from 40. Then drove a good 30 miles on the highway. Everything seems back to normal.

So I guess it was partially me being a paranoid idiot and part air in the system. Appreciate everyone's help and input on this.
