Yes your dealer should be able to get you both. Shop around online for the lowest price you can find from another dealer and either order from them or try to get your local dealer to price match. Mine was able to match the prices I found online (including shipping) for my TRD pro grill.

Get the factory TRD skid plate; it goes higher in the front, nearly to the bottom of the bumper, than any after market one I have seen.

You can get them from the official Toyota parts web site (Toyota Parts Center Online | Genuine Parts & Accessories) at a discount, and shipping is free to your local Toyota dealer. You can also get them from Amazon or Ebay: Amazon.com: Genuine Toyota 4Runner TRD Skid Plate PTR60-89190. 2014-2019 4Runner: Automotive; 2019 Toyota 4Runner Trd front skid plate - PTR6089190 - Genuine Toyota Accessory

What I don’t like about the skid plates is the two bearings needed in the front to install. To simply the process just PB weld the bearings down and then it should be a hell of a lot easier to install.

They come stock with the 4Runner. At least mine did and YouTube videos with this skid plate you can see the bearings too. I would call the place you’re ordering from and make sure they come with them.

where to buy TRD pro grill and skid plate ?

They look like this and go in the front two bolts.

I would imagine they have to be a certain size/thickness though so don’t just order any.

Those are not bearings!

They are spacers or stand offs (if you will)

Sorry I watched a YouTube video and he referred to them as bearings. Spacers is better.

Yep, those are spacers. I ordered my TRD skid from BAM Wholesale, which I believe is cheaper than Amazon. The part says 2018+ but it fits on my 2017 with no issue, the install is the same and I looked it up to be sure. I had a bit of an issue getting the bolts to fully seat, this thread has some great info on a "better" install of the TRD skid.

If you have a TRD Skid Plate Read This!

As for the grille, you could go with OEM, or, Tacovinyl. I like the Tacovinyl grille as he will do a specific coloring for the lettering or leave the lettering off so you have a clean/smooth piece. I originally bought a chinese grille for like $125 and had issues with fitment. Much happier with the Tacovinyl grille.

before i make the purchase is there any aftermarket skid plates that are ''better'' aka cooler than the TRD pro one ?

lol

i know its personal opinion but just making sure maybe someone found a really cool one instead as another choice

You don't need spacers for the OEM TRD skid plate. I put one on my 2018 SR5 Premium with no problems what so ever. Get the install instructions from you dealer for the specifics. The OEM TRD skid plate comes with new bolts for the front two mounting points.

As I said before, the TRD skid plate is better because it goes higher, almost to the bottom edge of the front bumper.

"Cooler" is subjective. I like the TRD skid because it's aluminum and covers a large area, especially at the front end (of the skid). An aluminum skid from a fab shop is going to cost more, however it is a smart decision if you want to run full armor as you can buy a full set for continuity. You could look in to RCI, CBI, SSO, and Rago. I'd really recommend going with BAM Wholesale vs Amazon, but that's your call.

I ordered my TRD skid plate from BAM Wholesale, and my Pro grille is some random one I found on Amazon.

Ok so it’s either new bolts with no spacers or old bolts with spacers. He still needs to call them to check up on that. I have a OEM TRD skid plate and I need the spacers.
