TRD-Pro drivers side front spring
"SNAP!" (I assume)
Upon replacing the tires recently on my '15 TRD-P, a roughly 5" long section of the driver's side front spring fell right on the floor. (The exposed metal at the break had enough rust to demonstrate that it had been broken for a very long time, but likely just held in place by the load.)
I'm trying to track down a replacement spring, but having a heckuva time doing so. Toyota has been no help (referring to the original equipment on the vehicle as "aftermarket"), Bilstein pointed me to Eibach (who hasn't gotten back to me). At this point, I'm curious if anyone has replaced their front springs and wants to sell their originals. And of course, wide open to other ideas. (I'm not likely to keep this one for too much longer, so upgrading the front suspension won't make any sense for me.)
Thanks!

That's a rather unfortunate situation...
I can tell you that getting TRD Pro parts is annoying because they're in a weird quasi-state. They happen to be both Toyota and Non-Toyota parts since most TRD Pros are "built" at the Port. Hopefully Eibach gets back to you.
If I remember I'll see if I can fish up a part number.

I replaced the coils on my 2015 TRD Pro coilovers. I have the OEM TRD Pro coils chillin in the garage. You can have them if you just pay for shipping.

Funny I come across this thread. I am shopping around for a TRD Pro, potentially. A dealership had a used 16 they were going to send to action. Both front coil springs were broken ..... Seemed odd to me

Huh... I wonder if that's why Toyota "upgraded" to Fox coilovers for the TRD Pros in the last couple years...

Bilstein seemed to indicate that Eibach supplied the springs for the Eibach equipped (pre '19) TRD-P. I can't confirm, but seems to be the case.

Eibach stated as much in one post of their long running thread on the new TRD Pro spring kit for the Fox shocks.

Add me to the pile of failures. 2016 TRD Pro. Left front failed. Right front, almost fail. Having them both replaced along with the shock/strut.
