All photos were sent to LFD over the weekend as I tried to get the arm level. We were talking back and forth and I was sending him pictures as I tried putting washers under the arm and tried other stuff. I will say it is not their workmanship. I think it was damaged in shipping. I have pictures on my phone but I don't want to send them from phone to laptop and then laptop to hosting site just to post them. The issue is being taken care of by their great customer service. And because of the customer service I am more than likely going to get a hybrid front bumper from them.

Thanks for posting. Very good sign that they are handling a situation that went left.....

I am in no way mad at them. I just got nervous since I am so far away and there are no capable shops in my area. I found out I live in the land of half raised pickups with tires that are twice the with they should be.

I may be mistaken, but I believe LFD farms the fabrication work out to a sheet metal job shop.
