A spacer on top of the front spring retains the front suspension geometry too and allows same suspension travel as without, so I still don't see advantage of Westcott, more $$ and complex install seems to me.

Westcott design is the way to go if you want to keep the factory fox system from the Pro. It will give you 2"+ in the front and about 1-1/4" in the back. They claim 1-1/2" to make sure that is what minimum it will lift. The Kit looks factory and solid. And install is not easiest but if you have the right equipment you can easily and safely do this in 5-6 Hr by yourself.

I did the same upgrade with my 2017 Pro - replaced the OEM spring with a taller spring (fronts).

Yes. The Eibach springs replace all four which I know the Wescott uses a spacer in the rear. I also think replacing coils would be the proper way.

As much as I would have preferred the Eibach front kit, I couldnt wait until September and ordered the front Westcott kit. I am definitely impressed with the initial quality of materials compared to the cornfed kit which I had and took off last year. (And swapped in the Icon 13" coils)
One question as it arrived yesterday. There are two bolts with lock washers and nuts in a seperate bag... what are they for?
Hoping to install it this weekend.. seems pretty straight forward in the video and have done other suspension swaps myself.

I was strongly considering the Wescott kit but was going to have them install. I don't off road and I am so back and forth about even touching my stock 2018 it's ridiculous. It's a lot of money, wheels/tires and lift, to look cool when I don't look cool outside the truck. But....I do like the ability to be able to go where I may need to.
I know yours will be great with the Wescott.

Honestly I am really enjoying the stock ride compared to the Dobinson suspension on my ‘14. I would like a lift, but I do not want to stiffen up the ride. It appears the spring rate is higher with Eibach, but waiting on Eibach to confirm in the thread.

I was really set on the Eibach springs, but then I started reading about how superior the ride quality of Kings due to a lower spring rate. I also found an article on accutune off road about 4R and Tacoma spring rates and they also recommend lower, especially if you don’t have a bumper/winch up front. The accutune article seems to imply increasing preload would be preferred, as long as the shock/spring can support the new range of travel. This has me favoring the westcott kit a bit more because I am quite pleased with the ride on the ‘21 front coils, a little stiffer compared to my ‘19.

Did the front today, took about 2.5 hours. Was about to do the rear but used the wrong torque wrench.
750 lbs of torque turned out to be too much for my coil spring insulator, part# 4830235050
So now I'm driving with a nice Alabama squat. Took less than an hour to put the rear back together, so if I didn't screwed up I would've been done in about 4 hours total.
No idea how to upload pictures from my phone, I've tried .
