I do have one question why did you use Stainless Belleville Washers (WB16SS - Stainless Belleville Washer) and not the washers for a 10 mm bolt?

Matt
It was the choice at the time, one could use a regular SS flat washer, or as I chose to do all black coated hardware (it blends in with the black skid)

did an oil change at 7500 miles interval, I have a the trd skid plate and the front push nut bolt retainer was broken from a previous oil change. It wasn't too difficult to line that up. One bolt in the rear wouldn't go in all the way, so i had to rethread but it works now.

Oil change took about 15 minutes besides the rethreading.

Did you change over to using studs instead of the bolts?

not yet but its crossed mind again, I have this forum bookmarked for reference along with the replacement retaining bolt. Its maybe twice a year if that I'll need to remove the skid plate for service.

Lightbulb

I got an even better ideA. Run the trd pro skid plates with an oil change door and call it a day.
Takes me 5 min to do an oil change….

You will be very surprised how easily dropping and re installing your skid plate will be with studs & nuts!

I remove my TRD skid plate after each trip to the beach to gain access for washing.

Belmetric.com
I had to get the 100mm because the 70mm were not available. The 100mm works fine for the rear because there is room for them to extend above the mounting point.
