Do I need new bump stops with my 2.5" Dobinson's lift?
About to put my name down on a 2.5" Dobinsons IMS lift for my 2016 Limited. Going with the C59-302/IMS59-50700 front and C59-505/IMS59-50705 rear combo.
Their website only mentions bump stops for their 3" lifts, but Durobumps advertises for 2"+. I'm pretty conservative when it comes to driving offroad, but we'll be out on in the Colorado forests and mountains with the occasional trip to the desert. Not planning on heavy rock crawling or high-speed desert runs, but more moderate stuff.
You guys think it's necessary for this setup?

I did a 2" in the rear with MD springs, so unloaded im more like 2.5". I bought the ToyoTech rear bump stop spacers just to be on the safe side. Especially because i also went up to 285s.
It was the cheaper route than purchasing new bump stops.
Stretch your suspension and see if you need them. Stock bumps stops work for my step up and I'm higher then you, all marketing will tell you that you need their product.
