What is the difference between the regular SR5 front skid plate and the silver one on the TRD Off-Road? Is it just a cosmetic difference or does the TRD Off-Road have a more robust front skid?

The SR5 has no skid plate, only a thin sheet metal cover. I replaced that with the TRD skid plate on my '18 SR5 Premium.

Later I added the full RCI integrated skid plate package that keep the TRD front skid.
