Apparently a few of us have had bad Customer Service from them.
I know they are a new company and have growing pains but... Ooof
I ordered February 17th. Feb 25th I asked what the lead time was and got an answer of 2 week lead time.
March 11th... Asked for update and they said they are hoping to ship it March 15/16.. I hear nothing on March 15th/16th
March 18th I asked for status update... They ran out when it got to mine.. when it was supposedly being painted at least in February... how does this happen? Anyways 1-2 weeks till they get new shipment. But my letters are already painted and ready to go. I was offered free compensation in a decal or patch for the troubles.. so I picked one.
Today I asked about the status again... and also mention decal again..
then I get an invoice on that decal... I'll keep you posted if they retract this. Also this week will be the 6th week. At this point I really want to just cancel.
Edit: They have removed the additional invoice for the decal.
Please make your own judgements...
