Okay, I stand corrected, they can fit. I only recall cranking up a 285 to test fit, fussing with it a good bit, and feeling like I’d loose too much precious clearance. Just didn’t work for me.

Now for the sake of comparison, the slim 32” 235 slides in easy and all but disappears. I even gain a bit of clearance (for whatever it’s worth, which may be nothing at the end of the day—all depending on the day of course).

Worse mpg (roughly 1 mpg) and more sluggish acceleration for sure. There is also a noticeable humming on pavement with the Duratracs.
