I found a local shop that will install the 265/60r/20 tires on the nightshade wheels along with force balancing them. Now I just have to figure out what lift I want to buy.

Hope someone with direct experience with 275/60/20s can help. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I like a little space in the wheel wheel and would get a shorter tire. Plus, a shorter tire helps with gearing and shifting/powerband, mpgs and speedometer accuracy. Short tires do not help with the potholes on Irving Park road, assuming they are still there, haha.

Discount Tire in Downers Grove put 275/55/20s on a buddy's limited. They may have been 275/50/20 but I think they're were 275/55/20?

Sweet hummer, Ive seen them in action. Amazing!
Before I purchased my CornFed plates I emailed them to inquire about tire size with one of their 2" front / 1" rear kits and they said :

"I'd probably recommend towards a 265/60r20 or a 275/60r20 to be honest with you."

So thats what I have been going offa. And, I can never leave just right alone so why not go alittle taller ? I can live with alittle rubbing if its not while actually going down the road.

And yes, the potholes on Irving Park Road are still there, along with the rest of this beautiful city..

Imagine some 22” TRD replicas with a 33x12.50R22 BFG A/T.

Actual diameter is 32.5”, width is true. Wheel backspacing is +25mm.

Could this fit with 2” front / 1” rear Cornfed spacers?

Update 7/28/21
Finally got around to doing some stuff to my 2021 Nightshade.
Tinted the windows (including the front windshield), removed the factory roof rack, lift and larger tires.
Lift is a Cornfed 2/1 lift and tires are 275/55/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on the stock Nightshade wheels.
No rubbing. No issues what so ever. First two pics are of the stock tires with the lift, then with the Nitto's..

This truck looks fanatic. I'm in the process of ordering a black nightshade as well.

My plan is to go with the rough country spacer lift:

2in Suspension Lift Kit for 10-19 Toyota 4-Runner 4wd X-REAS Models [767] | Rough Country

The rough country kit has the stock extensions for the x-reas system. Did the Cornfed kit come with those?

I was also considering a set of 1.25 wheel spacers to slightly widen the stance on the stock wheels with some - 265/60r20 Toyo Open Country A/T III Tires. I don't want the tires to extend beyond the top of the fender, but a little poke never hurt. Lol

I noticed you went with a set of 275/55r20. Did the tire shop give you any push back on the 275s potentially rubbing even though you've discovered that they don't rub? Id' like to fill the wheel well with the wider tire as well.

I know Discount Tire will bend the rules to make a sale

Did you get some black lugs or was that stock?

No. The cornfed kit literally came with just the spacers.

I noticed you went with a set of 275/55r20. Did the tire shop give you any push back on the 275s potentially rubbing even though you've discovered that they don't rub? Id' like to fill the wheel well with the wider tire as well.
My buddy owns the tire shop i went with for the tire purchase and install so no issues there. He said he has installed wider tires on narrower wheels with no issues so he was confident this setup would be fine.

Just ordered 2021 Nightshade. It will be here in September. I’m trading in my 2021 Ram TRX—o realized that I drive like a grandpa and I don’t take it off road. Also, the thing drinkssss the gas—$100 every 4 days. I’m in the car business, so it’s easy for me to trade cars-I bought the TRX for invoice. Anyways, I went with nightshade because I didn’t need the off-road capabilities of the Pro. However, I hate “20 wheels. I replaced my stock TRX wheels with fatter tires and rhino wheels. Thinking 2/1 lift with 35” tires and 17” wheels? Anyone on here have that set up. MT toyos are my go to;

I always liked the look of smaller wheels and beefier tires. Like on my M998 Humvee I have. I went with 17" wheels and 40" tires. I stuck with the factory 20" wheels on my Nightshade because I dig em...

So my guy at Toyota is telling me that the Nightshade can't have spacers and that a life would be abut 4k because; you have to remove the XREAS suspension (required when doing lift to Limited's). Was this the case for you? How much did the cornfed lift cost?
