Grinding noise in reverse full steering lock

My 15 sr5 has a bad noise when I back up and turn the wheel to full right. I cant find any evidence of rubbing anywhere and nothing seems out of place.
I searched and found that 4th gens have stops that need to be greased occasionally.
Our 5th gens don't have them but I greased anywhere that looks like it may make contact on both front wheels anyway. noise still there.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

My 4runner is totally stock btw.

I don't have this noise, but I thought we did have the steering stops. Looking from the front, there's a stop-looking curved plate right in front of the lower ball joint of the LCA. You can see that the curved plate matches the curvature of a spot near LCA.

It's almost certainly from the tire touching the front bumper cover plastic. In your case it will be on the left side at the front of the tire where it will touch the trailing bottom edge of the plastic bumper cover on the bottom. If probably clears barely when it's not moving and flexes just enough to touch when you start moving. This is super common with bigger or more aggressive tires and is easily remedied by removing a little plastic with a box cutter or other cutting tool.

There is a metal "dish" on the knuckle that hits the upper a arm but 5th gens don't have the plastic knob that the 4th gens have.

Its a metal on metal sound thats coming from the passenger front side. I don't think its plastic rubbing but ill get someone to look while I turn to full lock in case.

I took both skid plates off thinking maybe it was a rattling but that didn't help.

Thanks for the help
