From my own research I believe these answers are correct.
1. There is only one application of 5100's for our 4Runners. Front p/n is 24-196499, rear p/n is 33-187174.
2. The two most popular 5100 setting combos that I have seen are:
a) 1st notch up lifts front 0.85" and used with no rear spacer pretty much levels it.
b) 2nd notch up lifts front 1.75" and used with a 1" rear spring spacer levels it while also giving a slight overall lift.
Neither requires the UCA's to be replaced. I'm not sure about going higher.
3. No need to replace the stock springs with the two popular settings above.
