Aux battery drain low voltage shutoff redarc bcdc

Looking for some suggestions on where problem lies... I installed the redarc bcdc1225d kit in my 2020 4runner about 3 weeks ago and this week started having issues with the low voltage cutoff tripping my switch pros sp9100 off. I have it connected to the my secondary Full Throttle 750-35g battery.

I took a multimeter to the these points :

Engine off:

Main battery: 12.57v

Aux battery: 10.82v

Redarc main battery wire to chassis ground (brown wire pre inline fuse): 12.56v

Engine On:

Main battery: 13.73v

Aux battery : 10.4v

Redarc main battery to chassis ground (brown wire pre inline fuse): 13.57v

Redarc aux battery wire to chassis ground (red wire pre-inline fuse): 13.23v

So it looks like there isn't much voltage loss from the redarc to the aux battery since the cables are hitting 12.5-13.5 volts. It just seems like it's not charging the full throttle battery...low amperage or voltage changes while driving maybe? Unfort my multimeter can only test up to 10amps so I didnt want to blow it testing the amperage.

Indicators LEDs on the redarc look normal and aren't throwing any faults. Any suggestions before I write it off as a bad battery and get a new one? I guess the full throttle is prob under warranty so I might need to initiate a claim through them.

If you read 13.23v from the Redarc Aux battery feedline to chassis, and only 10.4v across the two posts of the aux battery, you likely have a bad aux battery ground wire or connection.
