Is it easy to wire a fridge in the rear area.

If so could someone give me a hand. I am planning on ordering a fridge from amazon, the costway one. I have the outlet but I would like to have it hardwired in, alsodo I need a 2nd battery ?

No, you don’t need a 2nd battery. I would upgrade to a deep cycle agm though. I’ve had great success with our X2 (rebranded Northstar) from batteries plus bulb size 24F. We get about 48 hours of run time before the fridge low power cutoff.

Wiring to the back is pretty easy. Go through the firewall grommet (hardest part). Pop out the door trim and slide it through. I have some pics of my install on my thread.

No it is not hard. Buy the ARB wiring kit if you want to simplify things. It works with any fridge although you may need to get a different end for your fridge cord.

This screams DIY all day long. Take the time to learn your rig and how to feed the wiring.
