I bought mine slightly below sticker, but was offered $4K above what I paid with 19K miles and 17 months of ownership. I still didn't trade it. If I already owned another vehicle I definitely would have, but since its impossible to find something that I want to drive and prices for used are awful. Great time to sell, horrible time to buy used and no inventory for new.

eBay listing could be inaccurate but there are 22” TRD replicas (per seller) out there. I thought they were pretty cool!

I am a little late to this thread, but I did want to chime in and say with 100% certainty that this is not correct (thankfully). TRD Pro's are still being produced and allocated to dealers.

Dealers aren't allowed to sell the base Pro below MSRP, so it's likely any discount was off port or dealership packages/accessories.

Really? Where do you get your information? I paid $500 less than invoice, not MSRP, invoice for my ‘19 Pro.

Oh? Hopefully that's correct because I've seen other forums state that allocations are gone for 2021.
My dealer is supposed to let me know by the 14th if they were able to get one for me.

I did not. Also didn’t finance anything through Toyota.

I can also say with 100% certainty that this isnÂ’t true. A dealer can sell a vehicle for whatever price they want. It sounds like this is something a salesperson falsely told you.

Yep, as of this week they were still being allocated. That doesn’t mean every dealer gets one since production is far less than that, but they are definitely still being allocated.
Dealers receive two allocations of cars a month, so it sounds like your dealer is waiting to see if they get one allocated to them on the next one.

From what my dealer told me yesterday it’s simply a matter of having limited production across the board. There aren’t as many Pros as there are other models so with everything being reduced there are just less to go around.

$500 below invoice on a pro is a hell of a deal. How much would you charge me to take you car shopping?

I cheated a bit. Caught a young, dumb salesman with my Toyota supplier discount, which doesn’t apply to Pro models or the LC. Though the sales manager also signed off on it, so maybe it was on their lot too long?

Exactly: it's about the chip shortages from Taiwan. This is affecting all auto manufacturers.
Production on all vehicles should catch up in the next 3-4 months.

Picked my 2021 TRDP up over the weekend and tried to get the $500 off, but they told me it didn't apply to the Pro? Paid sticker and was honestly just happy to get it ...
