Unless they can prove what you did caused the particular failure...then it does not void your warranty...

Aftermarket wheels and tires won't void warranty on your window.
Putting a super charger may void your tranny, bit not your sunroof.
The mod has to be directly related to the failed item....like a lift may void cv joints, but not water pump.
