KDSS Lift Question

When looking for rear lift springs, what is the difference between regular coils and coils designed for KDSS?

the KDSS specific coils have an extra 15mm built into the passenger side. Dobinsons stopped importing them to the US because there is so much demand for the other coils, I think they may have discontinued making them? @Crikeymike can mention for sure.

You can just run a 15mm passenger side spacer for the same effect, really it's to compensate for the lean. I've got the Dobsinsons C725 coils (effectively C325 with the extra 15mm passenger side). They are great!

Or you can run Eibachs adjustable kit.

I ran regular springs with no spacers and there really isn't any noticable lean. Measured out about a .25" difference side to side right after I installed the kit but it looked fine sitting on flat ground. Seems to vary from truck to truck and level of owners OCD.

Yes, they were all discontinued as it's exactly the same results as the regular coils plus the 15mm trim packer on the passenger side. It's not worth carrying all those extra springs.
