Please help does this fit on 2014 SR5 4Runner?

Hood insulator pad 5334135161. Using online search it says it fits my vehicle. Toyota dealership I placed an online order with is saying it most likely won’t fit??? I believe there have been many on this forum that have added this to their SR5s since some years it did it come stock. I believe it came stock with all limited 4runners. Can you tell me for certain whether this will fit an SR5 premium? I highly doubt the hoods differ between limited and SR5. Thank for your help. Dealership is telling me if they ship it I better be sure it will fit.

Back in 2014 I ordered
5334135160 - Qty 1
90467A0003 - Qty 10

Toyota may have updated the pn slightly, but there's a 99.9999% chance you're good.

While I have not actually test fitted that part in an sr5, I think it will fit. I had a similar experience installing the trail full length oem fuel skid plate onto my limited (limited comes stock with half skid for the fuel tank)

Toyota said the full skid for the trail does not come up as a part for my vehicle and didn't show up as a fit when they run the VIN. I knew it would fit, ordered it and it fit just fine. I would check to make sure any mounting points are there (make sure holes are tapped if bolts are needed). I can't imagine a different hood for different trims (except the hood scoop versions). since sr5 and limited don't have a hood scoop I think it will fit

did toyota say they will install it for you. some dealers will not install equipment that is not listed for the vehicle when they run the VIN

worst case it doesn't fit and you pay a restocking fee (I was quoted 25% of the cost)

Same here. Fits perfectly on my 2010 Trail. Does nothing for engine noise or hood shake but makes me feel good when I open the hood.

The official Toyota parts web site shows it fits virtually all trim levels from 2010 to present: 5334135161 - Hood Insulation Pad. FENDER, LINER, Interior - Genuine Toyota Part

P.S. You will need 5 or 6 plastic trim push pins to mount. My SR5 Premium came with it.

FYI to OP, I know they changed the PN for some of the pushpins for the engine bay trim. If it takes the same pushpins as the engine bay trim they have been replaced with 9046707201. I needed to replace a couple mine a month ago and called toyota, they told me to use those pins and they worked great, they look almost the same (I have a 2012 so maybe they changed the PN by 2014, but just FYI)

edit: my PN is for pushpins, the part does not take pushpins as confirmed by 1000MPH and mo_mo

Those are the wrong clips. You don’t want pushpins, although I definitely recommend 5 or so of these as spares. You want the ones @mo_mo specified: 90467A0003 qty:10.

These are not really reusable either so maybe get a couple extra.
