ARB Twin Compressor Service Parts

--update 05/27/2021--
I would like to say that I'm happy with the resolution to my compressor problem(s).
In my case, ARB went above and beyond to help me with the parts I needed to repair my ARB twin compressor.
Very happy and will remain a loyal ARB customer.
+1 for ARB technical support. I am super pumped !! you get it ? pumped ....

Anyone, have a place you can recommend to purchase ARB Twin Compressor Parts.

I tried polyperformance they are back-ordered indefinitely. Anyone have a good first hand experience getting parts?

I need

(2) compressor head assembly PN 320102
(3) Hex Bolt M6x60 PN 200703
(1) O-Ring Service Kit PN 320301

These $500 compressors are supposed to be serviceable and that's great but where do they sell the parts.

ARB used inferior bolts for the compressor head assembly and since they are subject to heat and moisture they rusted and snapped. If ARB spent a little more on hardware for a moisture heat application I wouldn't be having this problem.

Have you reached out to ARB directly? I needed a replacement part for my ARB drawer system and they sent it out after I emailed them. I have their compressor on two different vehicles but haven’t needed to repair them yet so can’t speak specifically for those replacement parts.

Ditto this, I needed a part for my compressor and they told me where I could find it new and offered to send me a "pull-off" from a "part out" compressor for free.

EDIT: FYI, I didn't publicly bash them for using inferior parts before contacting them tho.....

Aside from the compressor heads themselves, you can probably just get the rest of it from McMaster-Carr.

Thanks for your help everyone.
I did reach out to them via phone call and email.Currently I was able to reach one of the managers that cc'ed arb tech support.
Phone call they told me none of the compressor heads are in-stock but didn't offer to send me anything. So I reached back out to them to ask if they have any laying around they can spare.

I've resorted to ebay and 4 wheel parts to try to source the compressor head. Which will take them 3-4 days to check stock in real time before they can get back to me.

Honestly, it seems that the incorrect hardware was used for this application. I was able to source the 6M X 60mm bolts from an industrial supply store. I looks like stainless would have been better than the bolts they used that easily corrode.

I had the same issue w my ARB dual. A machine shop was able to extract the bolt which I replaced from McMaster Carr. Then the other side stopped working so I replaced the entire thing. My previous ARB lasted years w out issue. I still have the broken one and plan on rebuilding it at some point for my other truck. I was able to get parts from 4wheel parts.
