Rear window issue possibly

Hey guys

Question I have about rear hatch window

When I have mine halfway down or all the way down and I open the hatch and close it the windows rattles quite a bit and you can hear it

Is this normal or should the window always be closed when opening and closing the tailgate

Tks

Troy

It is normal, but sounds kinda alarming. So I either close it when using the hatch or am VERY gentle when using it and the window is partially open.

I don't know it's an issue, but the rattle makes me think it can't be helping the long-term reliability of the window system.

Same experience here. It's normal, but I try to always have it fully open or closed when moving the hatch. Otherwise, I'm more gentle than normal.
