My 2018 developed a door handle crack. Anyone else had this issue? I don't know if this is a result of stress, heat? I don't slam my door and its not an area that would be impacted. Most importantly is this warranty issue? I have 34k miles.

that should not happen...probably a defect. Make them replace it. If its not under warranty they could likely "goodwill" repair it.
it is in such a place and not exposed to wear that it would be hard to say otherwise. But if all the other interior components are in good shape, and clean its hard to argue you did it through abuse.
But if you have a disco ball, 12 inch sub, bras and panties hanging from the mirror, and foot prints on the ceiling, its probably your fault.
