Vehicle sag with 200lbs in the roof.
So I have a stock ‘19 TRD Pro and anticipate putting a RTT with a direct mount on top of it. Combined weight should be 200. As I like a stock ride height, how much sag can I expect? Thanks all.

If it sags, get air bags or stiffer rear coils. I bought a set of air bags a while back, and never installed them. PM me if you're interested... but I'd make sure its an issue first.

I doubt it will be much, no difference than me sitting in your back seat. :-) Now with that weight up high above the roof, you will have some more lean in turns.

What is the allowable static and dynamic roof load?
I'd be more concerned with that than the weight of one average American on the ride height.

Does the tent mount on the Pro rack or by direct mount mount do you mean you are removing the rack and mounting the tent directly on the roof? Not that it would have much affect on your question, I am just curious. As to your question though, just had my family of four and two labs and all our shit for a week in a rooftop cargo box and my mini max BGE and cooler in a hitch carrier and the stock springs sucked

Looking at Alu Cab with load bars on custom brackets that mount directly to the roof, so no need for a roof rack. Keeps weight lower. So do most folks notice quite a difference in driving with weight up there?

Lots of wallowing? Don’t want to sag too much as I am already at stock ride height. Guy at shop thinks it may sag 1/4 inch based on how the setup sits on other 4Runners

Removing the hokey Pro rack then using load bars to custom brackets on roof

200 lbs, plus you need to account for anticipated gear for trips. If you're doing any kind of multi-day trip, you're probably going to have another 200 lbs. in the back, plus people.

Have someone who weighs 200 lbs. set in the back seat and measure the difference.

200 lbs is not much- when my daughter and dog are in the back seat, it's about 200lbs, and there is little change. When I put my cargo box on top and load it with 100-120 lbs of gear, I notice a change in handling due to the higher COG. You will be fine, just be aware it will change the dynamics a bit with the load up high.
