TRD Pro wheels (+4mm) with 1.25" spacers, so about -28mm.

Ok cool. I will be in the -30's when I put my wheels on. -12 plus the 1.25" spacers.

I found my alignment spec sheet from last year and it says front left is 4.5* and front right is 4.4*. I may go and get it aligned again just to make sure the left hasn't wandered.
I hit a concrete culvert in a snow storm 2 winters ago (which the truck drove away from), but I've worried about that left front ever since. something might actually be bent down there.

Yeah I have that happen to me too. I tend to be kind of obsessive about keeping the rig aligned. Rather pay for alignments than trash the tires due to uneven wear. You might see if they can get your caster out a bit more. Might help clear the body mount.
Have you hammered the pinch welds etc?

Yes, the pinch welds are hammered back. I looked down there again and the wheel is actually making contact with the bottom of the wheel well. Only on the right tho. Left wheel is free and clear.

Do you have a picture of how it's rubbing?

Best I can do without taking the wheel off. You can see its rubbing just a touch on the fender flare and down the bottom black trim cap and then you can see the patch on the inner fender where it has rubbed off the rubberized coating I sprayed when I hammered the pinch-weld. You can also see where I notched the body mount (it was already chopped, just not very aggressively) and it is still rubbing just a tad there. I'm thinking about a relocation kit for the body mount.

So it's rubbing like that just daily driving? Have you fully compressed it?
Looks like you've cut it up pretty good. I attached a picture of what I did to mine to get 305/70's to fit. So I'm outta suggestions at this point. My experience is that the wheel spacers make it really hard to get bigger tires to fit without rubbing. Only other thing that worked for me was adjusting caster.

Yeah, that is just street driving. I have been intentionally hitting driveways and other bumps mid-turn pretty hard to see what else rubs, because if it rubs on the street, its gonna rub way more on the trail.
I have a SSO lo-profile front bumper with the side protectors. Clearance in the front is a non-issue.

Sidewall Difference
Is the sidewall flatter and less aggressive on the XL versions compared to the LT versions? Hard to tell from the pictures, but I know some manufacturers do that.
