Thanks. I used 3M Super 77 spray. I would advise against it unless you already have it. It gets tacky super fast-seconds-and if you haven't practiced getting the cover lined up in place perfectly, it can be a pain. A brush on, slower setting adhesive would be a bit easier.

My steering wheel was peeling like crazy in the warmer months, so I bought something similar.

I re-wrapped mine with one from East Detailing when I added heat to my steering wheel;

Heated steering wheel mod - success!
