OME BP-51 FL Coil over noise

Installed new Bp-51s with new SPC UCA on weds. Took for an alignment on thurs and since then I have an awful click/clunk noise only from the front left coil over.

I rechecked all the bolts and they are torqued to spec. I’ve read if a few places this may be a valve issue with the BP51s.

Kinda lost and from searching there are a lot of post but no posted resolutions.

Any help would be appreciated, trying to gear up for a trip to Yellowstone and don’t want to have issues.
Trying to upload the video. May have to link it to a YouTube upload.

When I lifted mine, the KDSS sway bar was tapping the skid plate. Ended up taking it off to notch it a little. Of course, this only applies if you have KDSS and you’d see the bare metal on the sway bar where it hits the skid plate.

Tip to help diagnose.

You can get some pretty good suspension movement without driving the vehicle by...

Stand on your slider, step or open door and stand on sill.
Grab the roof rack and rock the vehicle side to side...you can rock as hard as you want depending on the strength of your roof rack.
Have you pr someone under the truck while they rock...if u don't see it right away, ......placing you bare hand on different components will allow you to feel the noise and focus in on it. You can also use an automotive type stethoscope.

This is how I found my fox shock clunk.

Good luck
..let us know what it is.

FYI - early production BP-51s had an issue with clunking in colder climates. My first set of BP-51s were replaced under warranty as I experienced the issue here in Michigan. It was a very hollow clunk, almost as if I were hitting a bump stop and present whenever I hit even the slightest bump.

I see you're in Colorado and it's July, so you're not seeing the temps just yet, but it would be something to check into. ARB just asked for my serial number on the box and informed me mine were included in the range of affected units and exchanged them. Their customer service was spot on, so give them a shout and see what they say. Even if yours are not included, they may be able to help you out.
