Fuel line in head unit next to the clock? I think you you're either responding to the wrong thread or quoting the wrong post.

no-drill no-plunger solution
lol
So if you aren't keen on that windshield plunger idea (or drilling your dash for that matter) take a look at this metal clamp I designed for 2014-2019 T4Rs. The clamp grabs onto the dash just below the air vents - and it's got protective liners that keep it your dash from scratches and the clamp from sliding off on Baja roads.
It's a new design for me and I'm curious about your thoughts on the idea.

like it
I really like the system for mounting to the dash. I would be a bit worried about the phone holder clamps themselves keeping the phone in there over the rough stuff since there is no direct support from below.

I have a Note10plus with case. Not sure that it would fit. I use Ram Mounts for my phone and tablet mounted to the vents. Not cheap but they do not move at all.

I have a ProClip in my Sahara and love it. I am going to swap out the arm once the 4R gets here and use it in there.

Finally a use for the CD player. Has anyone bought this? It looks like it will work nicely.
