AT Tire size for OFRP lifted 2": 90/10 on/off road use

Finally got my 2" lift done on my 2020 OFRP (Bilstein shocks). So next is to replace the stock tires for an AT type. I need help.... I think I'm down to 2 sizes (read below)

my constrains:

-no BMC
-I'd say that my off-road use is 10% so I don't want to sacrifice road performance to much. Definitely want an AT tire.
-spare tire has to fit where the spare tire is now.

Reading here: Biggest Tires on Stock 4Runner? Biggest Tires on 4Runner with Lift Kit?
looks like a 275/70/17 could be a good compromise since it doesn't rub. The 285 looks like a bigger commitment and lower gas mileage. Or should I stay with the 265/70/17 size?

Recommendations? AT tires to stay away from?

255 pizza cutters are an option too.

If you don’t have wheel spacers/wide stance aftermarket rims, then I wouldn’t sweat rubbing too much with 285s or the need for a bmc if you have a good alignment.

I stayed with the stock size when I put in my Rough Country leveling kit (2.5" front, 1" rear). I went with the BFG KO2 tires, but got the E load range (extra plys) because I do a fair amount of serious rocky off road.

Ride seems to be the same as with the original tires. Even though the KO2 tires are the same size, the width of the tread is greater than the OEM tires.
