Baja Design lights from Amazon
Looking to get some squadron fog lights for my 4Runner and they have the kit on Amazon for $337.00 vs regular price on the Baja website.
Has any body bought them from Amazon before ? Are they an older generation of lights or something ?

I bought my Baha Designs Squadron Sport Amber fog #447115 lights through Amazon.ca. They were authentic and priced well ($422 CAD). I've had no issues since installing them last September.

If you're looking to replace your factory fogs, you'll find that the Diode Dynamics SS3 line dramatically out performs the BD lights. They're also less expensive. Better yet, they're street legal.

+ 1 for Diode Dynamics SS3. I went with the Sport series. So bright compared to factory LED fogs. Got mine on Amazon, 100 percent Authentic. The 4Runner kit comes with everything you need to mount with a factory look. Liked them so much I bought a set for the wife’s Sequoia.

If you plan to use them on normal roads... please buy the SAE versions.

I went with the Diode Dynamic SS3 sports off Amazon too. Completely plug and play and they come with the bracket so you can angle them properly

I ordered a set of Baja Designs Squadron lights (SKU 447115) from Amazon about 2 years ago. They arrived safe and sound, and were completely legit.
Install was easy, and the lighting performance was better than I hoped for. I've readily employed their services to navigate through heavy fog, ag dust and forest fire smoke.
However... the UV resistance of the coating on the aluminum housing was poorer than I expected. They faded from black to purple to blue in the first 6 months. Since then, they have leveled off to a "brownish" finish. Not really important to me, but something potential customers should know about.

100% plug and play. The only thing you have to be careful of is aiming, but that goes for any light.
You do have to select a model, beam pattern and color though. There are 3 models: Sport, Pro and Max in increasing levels of performance. Even the Sport is a significant upgrade over OEM. I'd recommend the Fog pattern in Selective Yellow for driving in nasty weather and Clear for normal conditions.
I'd highly recommend these folks instead of Amazon though:

I run a mix of baja, rigid and diode dynamics lights. Diode Dynamics have some of the best SAE beam patterns, and best bang for buck. For factory fog light replacement, definitely go with Diode Dynamics. Sae go with diode dynamics. Other lights, you can check out Baja. Rigid have always corroded on me in NYC weather.

The Squadron Sports are DOT approved (street legal).

You can buy a complete kit from many places that'll include Baja Design lights, mounting brackets, and wire adapters. Here's just one place that has them, and priced $328.46.

Another vote for Diode Dynamics. I have the Amber Sports and were $169 on Amazon. Perfect for an every day light.

Last time I checked, the Squadron Sports (in any beam pattern) were not street legal.

Let's go ahead and clear this up. There is a street legal version. Sports and Pro are not street legal. I have sports as fogs but do not run them at 100% on the street. The SAE version has some sort of plate that sits in front of the LED and cuts off the beam pattern. I saw a blog or a video where a BD SAE was disassembled but have no idea how to find it.
Squadron SAE Fog Lights - LED - Baja Designs
This light is based on our Squadron series. While there are many visual characteristics that stayed the same the pattern, the circuitry is optimized in order to give our SAE light a street-legal punch
