Help with a slow speed shudder

I'm hoping for a little help here.

I have a 2014 SR5 with 130k pain free miles. Car has been well serviced. (except for tranny)

for quite a while now I have been getting a low speed shudder between 22 and 25mph. I was very occasional at first but months later it seems to be happening more often. It seems like if I get on the gas I can power away from the shudder. Ether that or I accelerate over the speed that it likes to happen.

I had it to a drivetrain mechanic that really couldn't replicate it. was monitoring it thru his computer for some reason but said everything underneath look pretty good. Was originally thinking torque converter but said probably not at that low of a speed.

Took it to Toyota and paid a diagnostic fee. Guy there said everything looks good and it's my ridge grapplers that are nearing the end of their life and cupping badly. He was pretty sure that's my problem.

One other thing......I have air bags on the rear. I ran a better part of the summer with them having about 20lbs of air in them. I was using a trailer often and just got lazy. Letting the air out seemed to make a difference immediately but after a few weeks. The shudder is back in full force.

Any ideas? I tried to include as much information as possible.

Thanks in advance,

Snacks
