rusty rocker panel
im noticing some surface rust in front of the drivers side rocker panel right where theres a plastic runner meeting the paint. im wanting to remove that plastic and eliminate the rust and repaint, then replace the plastic. my question is how do i remove that plastic runner? im guessing it just pops out.
