LED Headlights wont turn back on when hot

Has anyone else experienced this? I am using some Torchbeam LED headlights from amazon. Once these things heat up (20 min) if I switch them off while driving they wont turn back on. Also if I turn the truck off to get gas or something they have trouble. Cycling the headlight switch sometimes helps- sometimes only one turns on is this situation.

I've put di-electric grease in the connector so I don't think it's a loose connection, it seems more like interference or a canbus issue- that or the heatsink/ fan is just not enough to cool them.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I've ordered different lights and will report back if the issue continues with new leds. If the new lights take care of the issue I would be hesitant to recommend using these LED's.

Amazon.com: Torchbeam T2 9005 H11 LED Bulb Kit, 16000 Lumens 9005/HB3 H8/H9 Combo, 400% Brightness, 6500K Cool White, Replacement Bulbs, Pack of 4 : Automotive

I'm going to try Hikari Ultra this time and hope for the best.

Honestly, with the amount of money you've spent on these, probably should just get GTR Ultra 2. Had them on for a year. No problems.

Are they under warranty at all to return to amazon?

$175 for Lasfit lows and couldn't be happier with them 6+ months later.

I have a lot of experience with aftermarket amazon LEDs. These Leds have cheap heat sinks that do not transfer heat well with headlight dust covers. I would go with New Morimoto gen 3 or GTR lighting gen 2 and be done with it!
