buy whatever set your local offroad shop can rebuild in a day, has rebuild parts on hand, and give you a warrantee on parts and labor. UCA probably won't break, but if you go offroading alot, they will probably need to be rebuilt eventually and at least inspected frequently.
Since you are willing to pay top dollar for top dollar parts, they should be made of top dollar materials. DOM and chromoly is overkill for UCA, but since you are paying for it....chromoly. Now, if you are looking at chromoly stuff....I would seriously look into the following two companies:
Camburg and total chaos because of your budget and price point.
If you want something chromoly and is more affordable: look up built right fabrications.
If you just want to get your tires to fit without rubbing...there are alot of less expensive alternatives.
I wheel with alot of different people with alot of different setups that cost different amounts. We all perform about the same. Difference is rebuildability, availability of parts, and turn around time. If this is only a street setup..then it doesn't really matter. So you pay more up front so you have less down time when you break something later on down the line.
