Looking forward to seeing where this goes. I also came from a 3rd gen. Was tough to part ways with but am enjoying the 5th gen so far. I'm liking the design of the roof rack. Interested to see all the lights up there.
I may have missed it, did you keep the body lift in place when adding the suspension lift? I assume so but figured I'd ask.

Nice work Bandit! I like your style of rack as opposed to the Prinsu style ones. Sad to see no one makes them commercially anymore. You're fab skills are top notch as always.

Happy to see your going forward with a new built on the 5th gen. The 2 bumpers plans I purchased from you were top nutch. I am now waiting for my 2022 TRD to come in. Should be here for april and I allready receive a bunch of stock: dobinson lift kit, TRD wheals on 285, Sherpa roof rack and list goes on. C4 Fab low pro front bumper should be here soon to.
I will follow your built closely!!

Thanks. Yes, the body lift is still installed along with the suspension lift.

Thanks man! I agree - I prefer the tubing style roof racks over the flat metal style.

A few small updates on the roof rack build. First I tacked on all the mounts for the aluminum T-slot extrusions:
(Rack is upside down in this pic)
Cut out all the light mount tabs:
Tacked on the front light mounts:
Tacked on the rear light mounts:
(Rack is upside down in this pic)
Also, the hole you see in the last pic is where the wires will exit into and through the rear leg.

Finally got the legs and feet welded onto the roof rack. Here was my setup. Trying to protect the windows from getting weld splatter on them while tacking on the feet/legs.
Finally all fabrication is complete, and I cleaned it all up.
Bottom side:
Now to try to get it powdercoated.

Roof rack went off to powdercoater today.
Also, I forgot to post pics of my sliders installed:
Super happy with the way they turned out.

That looks so good! Maybe I missed it, but how are you mounting the front feet?
