Picked up the bumper and skidplate from powdercoating yesterday. Satin black looks pretty good. Took a few quick pics.
Today I installed the winch inside it:
Then finally got the bumper installed:
I'll get some better pics soon.

This is an extremely impressive build, both from the custom aspect and the clean, functional integration.
Well done!

Dude!!!
I saw pictures of your bumper on the what did you do today thread and decided to look at your build thread, just thought to myself “anyone that can build a bumper like that must have some cool stuff on their rig”
But nothing prepared me for what I saw on you build thread hahaha.
Holy crap man!!!! What is your day job? And why aren’t you mass producing these parts? Hahaha so much talent!!! Amazing build!!!! Can’t wait to see what comes next!!

Thanks guys. I really appreciate it. For my day job, I design household appliances. Also, I had a lot of practice designing and building parts for my old 3rd gen.

Very nice man. Well done. I bet that feels great to be completed. I don't have a 5th gen, but do you plan on selling the weld it together plans like you did for your 3rd gen?

Thank you. Yes, it feels great to have it finally be done. Took about 8 months to design and build.
I'm not sure yet if I'm going to sell this design. Doesn't seem to be many DIY'ers on the sites anymore.

Diy
I agree, it doesn’t seem like much in the way of folks doing their own stunts anymore.
