The "NS" stands for 'Non-slip', that version lacks friction modifiers. It's intended to be more suitable for transmissions and transaxles, where the slipperiness of the standard 75w90, can cause issues with synchros or clutches in limited-slip diffs.
I'd use the 75w90 in your diffs. Although Redline does sell 75w85 which meets the current Toyota CAFE-inspired spec for the diffs.
Redline also sells this which meets the Toyota spec for the T-case:
Red Line Synthetic Oil. MT-LV 70W/75W GL-4 Gear Oil
Although the Redline 75w90 would be just fine in your VF2A transfer case too.
