Wiper de icer

I have a 2011 4Runner SR5. Does not have the wiper deicer option. I have the windshield replaced and my buddy ordered the windshield with the deicer on it. He said the harness is there under the cowl. And guess what it was there. He plugged it in obviously it doesn't work cuz I don't have the switch. Would somebody take a picture of the switch side of the plug so I can see what it looks like when I look under the dash for the plug and to see if it's there. if it is I'll just order a switch.

Thank you for the replies but there's a misunderstanding. I know what the switch looks like I was asking if anyone would be able to take a picture of the back of the switch that is inside the dash that the wiring harness plugs into so I can see what the wiring harness plug looks like.

The official Toyota wire harness repair manual (https://www.toyota-tech.eu/wire_harness_rm/RM06H0E.pdf) shows what every connector "looks like" by part number. You can get the part number from your local Toyota dealer's parts department.

The dealer can also print out specific connector diagrams and repair procedures for that part which shows how it looks. All that info is in the Toyota Technical Information System (TIS) (https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInfo....toyota.com%2F) which the dealer has access to.
