I did the procharger install in my shop. HP Tuners is the company that ATI uses to communicate with the ECU and flash the tune onto the ECU. There is currently no available support for reading or flashing the 20-21 4runner ECU's. This will be, to my knowledge the first tuned 20-21 4runner.

I’m choosing to read between the lines on this one. Taking it as a yes, first one. No, no commercially available tune.

I come upon this conclusion based on the ill effects that would come from driving a vehicle after having added a supercharger, but no tune.

I hope that OP would not want to go through the wait (again) for a TRD Pro allocation.

"HP Tuners has my ECU and the engineers are working on getting my ECU flashed. ATI / Procharger is very excited, because by all indications tuning support for the 20-21 4runners is here. I am holding out on saying that tuning support is available until I receive a tuned ECU back."

This is my latest update. Procharger's engineers and HP Tuner's engineers said they can tune it, after much back and forth. They asked me to mail my ECU to them. They received it yesterday. So no I am not driving it, I will make a thread if this is successful detailing what I did to get support. What they say vs. what gets done are two different things. Stay tuned (pun intended)

Very Accurate. Starting the engine with no tune, kitted with the new injectors & spark plugs could very well send my engine to Toyota heaven.

How is the switchpro/powertray/arb wiring working out with the battery relocation? I see you modified the tray a bit and have it mounted in reverse. I was kind of curious what I'd have to do with a power tray installed in the standard spot (but no arb dual at the moment)

I used to think there was a bunch of wasted space in front of the radiator and behind the grille. Now we know - it was meant for an intercooler Pro-Charged 2021 TRD Pro Overland Build

What is required to run a winch with the intercooler? Or is that even needed with an after market bumper?

The bumper options with a procharger setup are pretty limited. A lo pro bumper is about all you can run. I am running the C4 lo pro with the clearance cuts. ATI/Pro-charger offers a "winch compatible" intercooler setup that mounts differently. At the time of ordring the kit I did not plan on adding a winch, but now I am definitely adding a winch so depending on clearances of the dimensions of the winch and the bumper... I may be forced to order the winch compatible intercooler. We will see when the time comes.

Well, the 20-21' have a fuse bus on the positive battery terminal that makes things a little more tricky with the switchpro connections & battery relocation. Ultimately I used a kicker marine fuse bus with blue seas marine fuses to replace the bus at the terminal. The picture of the kicker fuse bus in my photos was a necessity. The flipped power tray needed to be cut a bit and drilled to fit my application but it had all the basic components needed to bolt it up.
