Not sure I'm following. I'm using the MF overlander exhaust with the resonator and the tune was the one from HPTUners .

“Did you tune for the exhaust” I think can be answered one of two ways:
1.) No - as in, no you didn’t modify HPT file further to accommodate a part HPT was unaware of.
2.) Yes - as in, yes the HPT tune was a Stage 2+ and you bought the kit under the recommendation that it only be flashed with intake and exhaust upgrades.
That’s how I’m reading his question.

What’s your RPM at 70 MPH as indicated on the cluster? 4.56 gears is my next mod, going with 35s as well.

I'm on 33s but in the morning I'll get RPMs at various speeds for everyone. in general though I think it's 400rpm difference from not regearing, so about 100rpm over stock.

I'm dead on 2500 RPM at 70mph which is kinda sweet because that's right where the procharger really starts to kick.

A little soon to call a win on this one... it looks like there was some misinformation. I hope that is correct... but it does not look to be true.

Tune Question

The question was about the tune that you are running. Procharger supplies a tune with the kit, they use HPT to flash their tune on to the ecu. Did you install the tune the was supplied with the kit, or did you have the tune modified to accommodate the exhaust upgrade.
Procharger says the tune needs to be modified if intake or exhaust is changed. Just curious if that is something that you had done.

You can do catback without having to touch the tune, but if you do headers or something like a CAI it voids the tune and warranty.

Man, what a nice build, love the Lunar Rock. Great rig to start a build with in general. You have done a great job.

Update 11/14
It's time for a build update...
I currently have the drivers side suspension 90% completed. All of the welding for the spindles as well as the drivers side front weld on components are done. Overall I am very pleases with the Total Chaos kit. It is easy enough to assemble and up to this point, everything has fit very well. The bolt holes are all a little tight but a little grease and an impact ran them right through. I have photos of the current sate of the suspension below.
In regards to the procharger, I am still without a Tuning solution. Hoping that will be remedied before I finish the remainder of work to be done.
I test fit the C4 Bumper Lo Pro bumper with the standard intercooler and found either I need to cut the bracing out of the passenger side to make room for the intercooler piping, or order the "Winch compatible" intercooler from procharger. I placed the order for the winch compatible intercooler and I am expecting the parts within the next week or two. It is important to note that even if you do not plan on adding a winch that you will need to cut the new low pro bumper to fit unless you order the winch compatible kit. I was able to order the intercooler and piping separately for about $2k.
I will post pictures once that intercooler is on. After I have that installed and have a fit I am happy with on the bumpers I will be sending the bumper and clearance cuts out for powder coat.
I was able to free up some shop space so I can film some YT videos for the fenders and anything else you want to see!
I have almost all of the parts (i.e bumpers suspension wheels) but I am still waiting on the 35" tires and a few other fittings etc. It is just a matter of finding more time to work on it. Stay tuned and as always hit me with any questions.
