While preparing to install my URD Supercharger I noted there was a recommendation to not run the fuel tank below 1/4. It appears the container the pump sits in may restrict flow to the pump (the pump can empty the container faster than it can flow in).
This may be a problem with many forced induction cars as they tend to use fuel faster than what the manufacturer had initially designed for.
A possible solution is using a Fuel Surge Tank like the one here:
