Can't speak to the fitment, but those lower 'bars' are braces that had to be moved down due to your vehicle having KDSS.

does anyone know if I can get some skid plate to go over that area to hide them ?
what did you expect from aftermarket parts fitting like OEM? Well, they don't. None of them do. Your expectations might be a bit high.

Those bars are your radiator support. Depending on what skid plate you choose, you may or may not have to remove them. In the "other" pics, they removed them for god knows what reason. I personally wouldn't remove them, until you have actual, legit skidplates, or you can put your OEM factory skidplates back on.

well they had pics showing it fitting nice and tight .. all they had to do make it 1/4'' longer on the sides then it would fit much better

the oem factory skidplate wont fit as you can see this bumper goes under half way into where the old was making it not posssible to put the skidplate to put over this .

unless anyone who has this bumper can please tell me what skidplate worked fitting over

Well, complain to CBI. Good luck with that.

Did you install this yourself?

I'm confused. The holes to mount the front of your skid plate is right next to the radiator support in your pics. You don't reuse the plastic filler plate.

If you can't figure this out..welp good luck man.

The hooks at the bottom

The hooks at the bottom are support for the front skid plate and protection for your KDSS stabilizer bar. I have them as well. When I looked at those type of bumpers for my 2021 Venture several of the manufactures install instructions said to remove them when installing their bumpers. Try removing then adjusting your bumper again, you can leave those brackets off but it does take away from the strength of the factory skid plate. If your going off road you may want a thicker skid plate to compensate.

It's a winch bumper that you will be in theory smashing into rocks and violently yanking on. Not a carbon fiber splitter on a super car.

Also... anything mounted straight to the frame (aka aftermarket bumpers) have the possibility of moving separate from the body. If the tolerances were that tight... the next post would be 'CBI BUMPER SCRAPING PAINT OFF FRONT BUMPER'. There is also the possibility of slight adjustments to be made when the bumper mates to the frame. You can loosen the bolts and try shifting it more to the driver's side if it's off center.

so I installed the CBI Covert Front Bumper and WTF?

Those are your front suspension member brace sub-assembly’s, but referred to as radiator support brackets. Looks like they were removed in the stock CBI photo.
I had them on my Non-KDSS SR5 and removed them because they were hitting my sway bar.

This. And the CBI stock picture is also taken at an angle that obscures/lessens the appearance of a gap.

It doesn't matter if it's a pro or venture, they are the same thing minus some cosmetics and OEM shocks.

Did you read up on the installs? As stated, there is typically room for making adjustments. Secondly, those are the OEM skid braces. Reinstall your skid and they will be covered. Get an aftermarket skid and they are removed.

All the lo-pro bumpers are pretty much the same...
