I agree with that, but I would say: arguably, 2010 – 2013 Trail are the best of all 5th generation 4Runners period.

I contend that the 2010-2013 trail is the best 4Runner ever, of any generation.

+1 for keeping the trail rims. nice, very nice looking ride. if you tint the front to match the rear windows it will look very sleek

Nice looking one. Only thing I'd do to it would be removing the pinstripes. And yes, keep the trail wheels.

I'd be careful removing 12 year old pinstripes. It's very likely the paint has faded a bit, and if the pinstripes are removed, you'll probably be able to see where they were.

On yeah, I'd also keep the Trail wheels.

I agree with that!

And I can also add that in my case it comes from my personal experience, as I had 2nd, 3rd and 4th gen before my current 5th gen Trail.
I never had 1st gen... and I know they were \are great truck\SUV, but I also believe it is hard to compare them with 5th gen and especially 10-13 Trail.
